Our mission

Novikontas Connect crewing agency, which is Lithuanian crewing company Novikontas SCM subsidiary, was established in 2011 year. Our company is the first crewing agency in Latvia, which working with “posting” scheme.

Our office team is an extensively experienced and highly motivated. Each Novikontas Connect team member contributes to the high standards we set for ourselves.

Novikontas Connect crewing services based on the principles of STCW, Flag State, IMO, State legislation and Customer requirements, International and National Law. We protect the Seafarers right of Privacy, their Personal data maintained in the office is kept strictly confidential so much as necessary for employment and respond to officials.

Accreditation

Novikontas Connect is licensed by Latvian Maritime Administration (licence Nr. 048/2018) to employ seafarers on different types of the vessels under foreign flags.
